Sometimes we have cancellations or late availability and can offer 20% discount on bookings made within 7 days of your holiday.
You will see on the calendar that at certain times of the year we offer 'short breaks' that can start on any night of the week and can vary in length. Prices are set depending on the number of nights and the number of persons and are available on request.
For flexible budget accommodation we can also offer the Lazy Duck bunkhouse/hostel which sleeps up to 6 as individuals sharing or up to 8 if you book as a party (min 6 places for a private booking on weekdays, 8 at weekends). Open all year @ £14 / person / night inclusive of electricity, linen, logs for the stove and BBQ. Here's what we've got available in the Lazy Duck.
Alternatively, you could try Valery's brother John Fleming at Dell of Abernethy Cottages on the south side of the River Nethy on the edge of the RSPB reserve.

Electricity is charged for on meter readings, no coins needed
Telephone costs are charged according to automated calls back from BT (at no extra charge and no coins needed)
Tenancy normally runs from 4.30pm Saturday until 10.00am Saturday, but may be flexible by arrangement.
Maximum occupancy is 5 people + cot for which there is space in any of the three bedrooms.
Dogs must be negotiated for in advance of your reservation being confirmed. No charge is made for their stay, but we cannot accommodate more than one at a time. Visitors must undertake 1) to bring their own dog's bedding 2) not to leave their dog in the cottage when going out 3) to keep the cottage garden clean and 4) to pay for the cost of any accidental damage (see below)
Breakages or damage to cottage or contents must be paid for either by agreement before your departure or at a later date on receipt of paperwork
We clean thoroughly between lets, but because time is limited, we ask, as part of this booking agreement, that you leave the cottage as clean and tidy as possible. This is always greatly appreciated.
A non-returnable deposit of £100 per booking is required to secure a reservation, with the balance due one calendar month in advance of the holiday.
We provide cancellation insurance at no extra charge to cover the value of this balance, right up to the date of your holiday, including pre-existing medical conditions and redundancy. For further details click here Please note, this cover is unfortunately not available to visitors from outside United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
20% late booking discount will be given when a reservation is made within 7 days of a holiday date.
