For flexible budget accommodation we can also offer Lazy Duck bunkhouse/hostel which sleeps up to 6 as individuals sharing or up to 8 if you book as a party (min 6 places for a private booking on weekdays, 8 at weekends). Open all year @ £10/ person / night inclusive of electricity, linen, logs for the stove and BBQ.

Tenancy normally runs from 4.30pm Saturday until 10.00am Saturday, but may be flexible by arrangement.

Maximum occupancy is 5 people (or 6 with the use of a folding bed in the double bedroom for which we charge £20 extra) + cot for which there is space in any of the three bedrooms.

Dogs must be negotiated for in advance. No charge is made for their stay, but the maximum number acceptable is normally two. Visitors must undertake 1) to bring their own dog's bedding 2) not to leave their dog in the cottage when going out 3) to keep the cottage garden clean and 4) to pay for the cost of any damage caused (see below)

Breakages or damage to cottage or contents must be paid for either by agreement on departure or at a later date on receipt of paperwork

We clean thoroughly between lets, but because time is limited, we ask, as part of this booking agreement, that you leave the cottage as clean and tidy as possible. This is always greatly appreciated.

A non-returnable deposit of £100 per week booked is required to secure a reservation, with the balance due one calendar month in advance of the holiday. To read details of our inclusive holiday cancellation insurance cover for payments made or contracted click here Please note, upon receipt of your deposit you will be fully insured for the balance of your rental at no extra charge. This cover includes pre-existing medical conditions but is unfortunately not available to visitors from outside United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

25% late booking discount will be given on full weeks only when a reservation is made within 7 days of a holiday date.
